How I Achieved a White and Bright Smile At Home!

Do you ever just wake up one day, look in the mirror and notice your smile has gotten a bit dull? Yup, this totally happened to me and my smile is something I’ve always been proud of! I’ve always taken strides to maintain my dental health and ensure a bright and white smile. I brush and floss consistently, but lets be honest...those 5am alarms and 2 cups of coffee always get the best of me! I’m a full time working girl and am always on the go, so my coffee habit definitely has played a role on the dullness of my smile lately. Therefore, I’ve been on the hunt for a really great teeth whitening system to give my mouth (and confidence) the boost it’s been needing. Smile Brilliant is not like any other teeth whitening system. It’s custom produced fitted whitening trays crafted by dental experts that are shipped right to your door. This was a huge draw for me trying out this product because I’ve always struggled with other whitening systems sliding off my teeth or not fitting correctly. The Smile Brilliant system comes with a molding kit that allows you to create a mold at home, ship it off to their dental lab, and receive the whitening trays back in about a week. I was so impressed by the turn around time and customer service when undergoing this process.
Once I received my custom trays back it was time to start whitening! The kit comes with syringes full of teeth whitening gel that you squeeze along the base of they trays. This part was surprisingly easy and quick. I then left my trays in for 1 hour, but you can leave up to 3. I was also surprised to learn that each syringes can be used for up to 4 whitening sessions, which makes for up to 12 weeks worth of whitening in the kit! To me this in an amazing value for the price in comparison to other teeth whitening systems.
Another huge draw to Smile Brilliant is that the kit also comes with desensitizing gel to use after the whitening process. This is also squeezed into the trays from a syringe and is left on for 15-20 minutes. This gel helps with sensitivity after whitening, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past! Below are my before and after photos after 4 treatments! I can’t believe the results and how quickly my smile has been whitened. I will definitely continue to use my Smile Brilliant kit and will share my results with you guys.
